Dynamic Wellness & Red Light Therapy is a wellness and body contouring practice located in Boise, Idaho. We serve clients throughout the Treasure Valley who are looking for non-invasive, comfortable ways to feel better in their bodies without surgery, injections, or downtime.
Our practice is led by Maribeth Spurlock, who has spent years helping clients across the Boise area reach their wellness goals. That experience shapes everything we do: we listen first, we set realistic expectations, and we build a plan around the person in front of us rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
We believe results come from consistency, not intensity. Every client starts with a conversation about their goals, their history, and their schedule. From there we build a session plan that fits into real life, and we track progress together so you always know where you stand.
