6. SMS / MMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Dynamic Wellness & Red Light Therapy, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional and promotional text messages related to appointments, session reminders, scheduling updates, and practice communications. Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Dynamic Wellness & Red Light Therapy and mobile carriers are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of SMS messages due to network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

7. Appointments & Scheduling

• Booking: Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, text message, or through our online scheduling system.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts and policies will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time in your scheduled appointment window. The full session fee will still apply.

8. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at our location.
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe or other third-party payment processors. Your payment information is subject to the payment processor's terms and privacy policy.
• Package and membership pricing, if offered, is subject to the terms communicated at the time of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and may have expiration dates.
• Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Dynamic Wellness & Red Light Therapy and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
